INGID Networking Event Brussels 2019

The INGID board do hope that you will take this opportunity to attend the networking event in  Brussels while attending the INGID/ ESID meeting.

When and where?

Thursday 19th September

Departure at 14:30

VISIT TO ‘CHOCOSTORY’

the chocolate museum

Take a dive into the universe of cocoa and chocolate, pass a Maya temple where cocoa beans were consumed 5000 years ago, step aboard the boat of Cortez who imported the cocoa beans in Europe; discover how chocolate was being used at the French Court in the 17th Century and afterwards how the “praline” was crafted beginning of the 20th Century in Belgium.

We will also attend a demonstration and get a chance to taste some of the best chocolate.

Please join a 1.5 hour tour with an English speaking guide and enjoy Brussels and the company of nurses from all over the world. This really is a great opportunity to network informally with your international colleagues.

On our way to the museum, which is an 8 minute walk from the conference center, we will also pass the famous statue of ‘Manneken Pis’. When we pass him, we will tell you some curiosities about this little man.

Price:

This will depend on the amount of participants, but we expect it will be between €12,50 and €15,00 maximum per person.

To register for this event, please send an e-mail to Rosalind Fischer and Eline Visser :

See you there!
